Shimla, July 4: A bus crashed into a gorge, killing sixteen passengers, including schoolchildren on Monday morning in Kullu, Himachal Pradesh.
According to Kullu Deputy Commissioner Ashutosh Garg, around 8.30 am, the bus, which was travelling to Sainj, crashed into a gorge close to Jangla village. According to him, emergency personnel and district officials have arrived on the scene, and the injured are currently being transported to a local hospital.
According to the officials, at least 40 students were in the bus when the accident took place.
