Ranchi, June 9: The Jharkhand Assembly secretariat has asked the deputy commissioner to get the two flats no. E201/202 vacated within seven days.
The two flats have been occupied by former Secretary of the Assembly Mahendra Prasad. Prasad retired as Principal District and Sessions Judge.
In a letter to the DC, Assembly Additional Secretary Saroj Kumar, Prasad had been asked to vacate the quarters on March 2 last. But he has not vacated the quarters. So, a magistrate should be deputed to get the quarters vacated within seven day, he added.
