Ramgarh, July 23: The 103rd Camp of Mission Pink Health Series was organized today at Little Angels School and Siddhartha Public School, Ramgarh Cantt.
30 adolescent girls and teachers were told about this mission during the camp. Dr Santwana Sharan, who is mission pink health’s Jharkhand state coordinator, gave detailed information about problems related to menstruation, anaemia, menstrual hygiene, good touch and bad touch and proper nutrition to the girls while Dr Sudhir Arya told them about improvement in routine.
All children were also given iron tablets and sanitary pads, ORS sachet, soap, biscuits and Albendazole tablets. The entire team of the school cooperated in the conduct of the program. Today’s event was organized in collaboration with Amarjeet Bharti.
Mission Pink Health is an ambitious project of the Indian Medical Association. It started in July 2018.
