National Lok Adalat organises in Ramgarh

Ramgarh, Aug 14: National Lok Adalat was organized on Saturday on the instructions of Principal District and Sessions Judge Brajesh Kumar Gautam in Civil Court Ramgarh.

A total of 1615 cases were executed during this period. Along with this, a settlement amount of one crore 64 lakh 12 thousand 178 rupees was received. In this, 263 cases pending in the court, pre-litigation and 1362 cases related to banks were executed. An amount of Rs 47 lakh 96 thousand 30 was received from the court. Similarly, an amount of Rs. one crore 16 lakh 16 thousand 146 was received related to pre-litigation banks.

A total of six benches were constituted for the execution of different types of suits. Additional District and Sessions Judge First Radha Krishna, Additional District and Sessions Judge II Sheshnath Singh, Advocate Ram ji, Additional District and Sessions Judge III Sanjay Pratap in the second bench, Judicial Magistrate KRA Ahmed, Advocate Shivnath Thakur, Third Bench  Chief Judicial Magistrate Kusum Kumari, SDJM Gautam Kumar and advocate BV Zahida Khatoon were present .
