Ranchi, Sept 27: The two-day programme of 7th Orientation for the new batch of 2022 commenced on Tuesday at the Amity University Jharkhand.
Addressing the audience, Amity University Group Senior Vice President U Ramachandran said, “We nurture talent in Amity”. He shared the vision of Founder President Dr. Ashok Kumar Chauhan. “Amity is a big family,” he quoted.
He introduced each member of Amity University Jharkhand and further called upon students getting 100 percent scholarship.
Gaurav Gupta, Vice President, Amity Education Group, said, “It is the day which marks the new journey. The parents must be happy because this journey will be exciting. Many students wish to join but you are the luckiest and intelligent ones to be a part of the Amity family.”
He added that each faculty member is a storehouse of knowledge, and each one of the officials at Amity has taken a pledge to give their best. “Even during the pandemic, we were geared up to take online classes and lockdown couldn’t stop the placement opportunities for our students. The Amity students have received the highest packages,” he stated.
Dr Ashok K Srivastava, Acting Pro-Vice Chancellor, Amity University Jharkhand introduced the university to the newly joined students and their parents. He further spoke about the admission process.
Prof Dr Ajit Kumar Pandey, Dean (Academics), Amity University Jharkhand appreciated the trust ensured by Amity University Group Senior Vice President U Ramachandran. P Tripathi, Registrar, Amity University Jharkhand informed that Amity is a pioneer group known across the globe.
