Ranchi, Jan 5: The ‘Online Samadhan Portal’ was launched in Central Coalfields Limited (CCL) and was inaugurated by Harsh Nath Mishra, Director (Personnel) of CCL.
Notably, Mishra said that now anyone can register his/her problems on the online samadhan portal which can be tracked online. The problems registered will be resolved in a time-bound manner.
It may be noted that under the leadership of CMD of CCL PM Prasad, the company is committed to becoming a ‘Zero Grievances Company’. For the past few years, samadhan centers are being operated in all regions along with the headquarters to redress the problems of the stakeholders including CCL employees in the company and to bring transparency to the entire system.
