Six players from Ramgarh selected for 24th Sub Junior National Fencing Championship

Ramgarh, Jan 8: Six players including Sonam Kumar, Anmol Kumar, Khushi Kumari, Sonia Hansda, Aman Kumar and Rahul Kumar from Ramgarh District Fencing Association have been selected for the 24th Sub Junior National Fencing Championship 2022-23.

This national tournament will be held from January 10 to 13 at Rajiv Gandhi Indoor Stadium, Ernakulam, Kerala.  Out of 24 players from Jharkhand state, six swordsmen are from Ramgarh who will represent Jharkhand state.

On this occasion Chief Patron cum General Manager West Bokaro Anurag Dixit of Ramgarh District Fencing Association, Patron cum OP in-charge Vinay Kumar, Rohit Kumar, Keshav Ranjan, Vijay Mewar, Chairman VB Sudhir Kumar, President Dinesh Kumar, Secretary Rakesh Kumar Mishra, deputy-Secretary Niraj  Kumar, Binod Kumar Singh, Swaminandan Verma, Ashok Kumar Yadav, Coach Ravi Ranjan Pandey, Sanjay Rajwar, Principal Surendra Mahato, Principal Selina Sangeeta Beck and other players and parents were present to congratulate and encourage the players for their early victory.
