Jamshedpur, Feb 28: The police today six persons, including a woman for killing Pradeep Singh.
Those arrested were identified as Rahul Kumar Singh, William Kumar Kar, Rahul Sharma, Ravi Yadav, Abhishek Kumar and Babita Singh.
While arresting the six, the police seized three pistols, 12 live cartridges, three two-wheelers and three mobile phones from the possession of the arrested persons.
A resident of Mango’s Gurudwara Road, Pradeep Kumar Singh (34) was shot dead by a gang of armed criminals at Bhuiyadih under Sitaramdera thana area on February 13 night.
Senior SP Prabhat Kumar said the murder of Pradeep Singh was the result of a video clipping that he had made viral causing enmity between the accused and the murder victim. He said the video clipping was about the mother of one of the arrested persons.
