New Delhi, March 14: Both the Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha sessions have been adjourned till 2 pm due to the controversy over Rahul Gandhi’s comments about democracy.
After a month-long vacation, the second leg of Parliament’s Budget session started on Monday. Shortly after it reconvened this morning, the Parliament was suspended until 2 o’clock.
After Piyush Goyal, the leader of the House, demanded an apology from Rahul Gandhi for his statement in London, the opposition raised a fuss.
The second leg of the ongoing Budget Session will continue till April 6.
