Hazaribag: I-T survey at prominent businessman’s offices and factories

Hazaribag, Mar 16: A team from the income tax department raided four locations of Hazaribagh’s well-known businessman known for the chicken feed under the brand name Bhandari Groups. Owned by two brothers namely Bablu Bhandari and Neeraj Bhandari who are originaly from Ichak but now their adress in near Panch Mukhi Hanuman Mandir on New Area road in town.

The income tax survey started in the late evening of Wednesday and going on at 4 places in including its offices. A 25-member team of Income Tax is surveying the main office at Kuan Chowk, the apartment on Cemetery Road and two factories at Demotand.

Bhandari Group has many factories for making poultry feed and animal feed. Apart from this, there are also involved in construction works. Along with this, there are more than 1 dozen other companies, with which their entire business is going on. Along with Hazaribagh, their business is also spread in many states including Jharkhand, Bihar, Bengal. Due to this survey raid of IT, there is a fear among the businessmen of the town.
