Ranchi, April 10: The Jharkhand High Court on Monday quashed the order by which the certificate issued by Hindi Vidyapeeth, Deoghar, was declared invalid.
Justice S. N. Pathak passed the order hearing the petition of Sarojni Hansda, who had lost her job on compensatory grounds in the health department at Dumka with the invalidation of the certification without any explanation.
She got her certification on January 23, 2014. The state government had declared her certificate invalid though the certificate issued after February 26, 2015 should have been declared invalid.
Hansda’s matriculation certification was issued from the said educational institution on January 23, 2014. The state government declared it invalid on February 26, 2015 saying all the certificates issued from the institution issued after February 26, 2015 are invalid. Advocate Arvind Kumar argued on behalf of the petitioner.
