Srinagar, April 13: Security forces have shot down a drone along the Line of Control (LoC) in Rajouri, Jammu and Kashmir, and a large search operation has been launched there, according to official reports.
They said they had retrieved several magazines, money, and other goods from the packet the drone was tied to.
They said that a large cordon and search operation was conducted after suspicious movement of an airborne item was spotted last night in the districts of Beri Patan and Siot near the LoC.

In this operation, the security forces allegedly succeeded in shooting down a drone. “So far, recoveries made from it include some magazines of an AK rifle, a sealed packed, and cash,” they stated.
According to sources, there are other villages in the vicinity where major search activities are being conducted, and further recoveries are anticipated.
