Ramgarh, April 13: Not even a single boat will run without a license in the famous Patratu Dam of Jharkhand.  The above instruction was issued by Ramgarh SDO Mohammad Javed Hussain on Wednesday.  On the fourth day of the fight for supremacy and bloody struggle in Patratu Dam, the sailors of both sides involved in the incident were called to the SDO office where he interrogated the delegation of sailors of both factions.  He also inquired about how they run boats in the dam.

After this, the sailors of both groups were instructed to give written information about the incident.  At the same time, he clearly said in the instructions that whoever is registered with the boat committee, has insurance and takes full care of the safety standards, will be allowed to run the boat.  Apart from this, only the boatman who has the license to drive the boat will be allowed to drive the boat.

Here, on the call of the SDO three groups of people who run boats had reached the dam. The delegation included Jiaul Ansari, Maqsood Ansari, Prayag Mahto from the first side, Mahfuz Ansari, Mohammad Salim, M. Rehman from the second side and Wazir Ansari and Kalam Ansari from the third side.  On the other hand, the SDO said that without further orders, no sailor can operate a boat there.
