Jamshedpur, June 20: In a significant move to streamline the police verification process for guests staying at hotels, the Jamshedpur Police will be launching an online hotel guest police verification facility. The service will be inaugurated by the Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP), Prabhat Kumar, at Hotel Ramada in Jamshedpur on Wednesday evening.

The introduction of the online hotel guest police verification system aims to simplify and expedite the process of verifying the identities of individuals staying in hotels. With the new system in place, hotel guests will no longer need to undergo the conventional manual verification process, saving time and effort for both the guests and the police.

The launch event will be attended by hotel owners, representatives from the hospitality industry and members of the police force. The program will commence with a demonstration of the online verification process, showcasing the user-friendly interface and the steps involved in submitting guest information securely through the designated online platform.

Speaking about the initiative, the hotel association officials expressed enthusiasm for the implementation of the online hotel guest police verification system. They emphasized that the new system would not only streamline the process but also enhance the overall experience of guests visiting the city.

Hotel owners or authorized personnel will then be able to enter guest details, including their personal information and identification documents, into the online system. The information will be securely transmitted to the police department for verification and record-keeping purposes.

The introduction of the online verification system aligns with the vision of leveraging technology to improve efficiency and enhance public services. The move also reinforces the commitment of the Jamshedpur Police to provide a safe and secure environment for residents and visitors alike.

Hotel owners and managers have expressed their appreciation for the online hotel guest police verification facility, noting that it will significantly reduce paperwork and administrative burdens. The streamlined process will allow them to focus more on providing quality services to their guests while ensuring compliance with legal requirements.

The Jamshedpur Police Department has assured hoteliers and the public that the online guest verification system will adhere to strict data privacy and security measures, ensuring the protection of personal information.

The launch of the online hotel guest police verification system marks a progressive step towards a more efficient and guest-friendly approach to law enforcement procedures. It is expected to enhance the hospitality experience for visitors to Jamshedpur, providing a hassle-free and secure stay at hotels across the city.
