Prisoner ward to be built in Chaibasa Sadar Hospital

Ranchi, June 25: Administrative approval of Rs 4 lakh 42 thousand 600 has been given for the scheme of construction of a prisoner ward (male and female) in Sadar Hospital Chaibasa under the Health Department. The prisoner ward is to be constructed from the state scheme in the financial year 2023-24.

The withdrawal and disposal officer of the allocated amount of this scheme will be Civil Surgeon Paschim Singhbhum who will withdraw the amount from West Singhbhum treasury. While the controlling officer of the amount will be Additional Chief Secretary Arun Kumar Singh. The Additional Chief Secretary has instructed the Civil Surgeon to supervise the work. Also asked to submit the report regularly to the Deputy Commissioner.
