22 boxers from Ramgarh to participate in State championship

Ramgarh, June 30: Boxers of the Ramgarh District Boxing Association went to Ranchi to participate in the state-level boxing championship.  The championship will be held from June 30 to July 2 at the Khelgaon.

22 players from Ramgarh will participate in the state-level boxing championship.  Abhay Kumar Mahto, Ishant Pandey, Rehan Akhtar, Akash Prajapati, Sachin Kumar, Divyanshu Raj, Tushar Singh, Chris Sinha, Atul Verma, Nikhil Kumar, Rahul Kumar Sah, Abhay Kumar Mahto in the junior boys and Urmila Kumari and Swati Kumari in the girl’s category have been selected for the state level boxing.

Harshdeep Yadav, Rishabh Kumar, Karthik Shaurya, Misbaul Haque, Vartika Rani, Anjali Kumari and Roshni Kumari have been selected in the sub-junior category.  All will participate in this championship on behalf of the Ramgarh Boxing Association.  All the players were sent off with best wishes.

On the occasion, President of Ramgarh District Boxing Association Baljit Singh Bedi, Secretary Shashi Pandey, Coach Bablu Mahato, Sanjay Sonkar etc. members of the Boxing Association were present.
