Jharkhand tribal body felicitates retired government staff

Ranchi, 3 July: Sanga Padha Samiti Chete, a tribal organisation, honoured retired tribal central and state government employees today at Nagdi.

The programme’s goal was to inspire them to work together for the betterment of tribal society by preventing today’s youth from becoming intoxicated and going down the wrong path. Aside from that, the goal was to use their talent to educate the tribal people for a better future.

Ajay Kachhap, the Samiti’s chief patron and the Adivasi Sena’s Central President, led the programme.

Those felicitated included retired JCO of Indian Army N.N.Tirkey, retired captain of Indian Army S.N.Linda besides retired railway employees Mangal Kacchap, Bahadur Kacchap and Birsa Tigga besides Mahadev Gadi, Binod Kachhap, Vishwas Kachhap, Madan Kujur, Prakash Tirkey, Krishna Lohra, Jagarnath Munda and others.

Ajay Kachhap said, in his address, expressed his commitment for organizing all the retired tribal government employees under the aegis of Adivasi Sena across the state with the help of local committees.
