CBI court to deliver judgment in fodder scam case involving ex-BJP MLA on Aug 28

Ranchi, July 21: The CBI special court will deliver its judgment in a 26-year old fodder scam case involving former BJP legislator Gulshan Lal Ajmani on August 28.

The situation came after arguments from all the sides were completed in the case.

The scam case involves fraudulent withdrawal of Rs 36.26 crores from the Doranda treasury. There are as many as 125 accused in the case. They include supplier and former Ranchi MLA Gulshan Lal Ajmani. This scam was done between 1990 and 1995. Out of 125 accused there are 45 public servants and 9 women. Out of 125 accused, 62 died during the trial.
