Jamshedpur, Oct 2: A pair of 43-storeyed residential buildings is to come up in the suburban Birsanagar at the eastern fringe of the steel city shortly.
Promoted by Astha Twin City Group, the proposed towers are certain to change the city’s skyline as they will be the tallest buildings not only in Jharkhand but also in Bihar, Odisha, Chhattisgarh and Madhya Pradesh.
On Monday, the foundation-laying ceremony was performed by the ATC Group’s managing director Kaushal Singh for the ambitious project at Moharda in Birsanagar.
Jamshedpur MP, Bidyut Baran Mahto and Ichagarh’s legislator Arvind Singh attended the ceremony in the presence of the group’s directors Kamini Singh, Komal Singh and Sundar Singh.
“Christened as ATC Ultima, the Twin Towers project will be through by 2028. Once completed anybody would crave to owning a unit in this high-rise residential tower which will be unique in its design besides all necessary amenities one may wish for leading a comfortable life, ” said Kaushal Singh while talking to lagatar24.com.
The real estate tycoon pointed out that Moharda which is located about 10 km away from the heart of the city is not what it was like till the past couple of years ago.
The skyline of Moharda has changed now and going to change further soon. A 27-storeyed residential tower, ATC Majestic, has already been completed. Work on a multiplex project by the ATC Group is in progress there besides several residential and commercial building projects by other promoters coming up there. And the reason behind such fast-paced development of Moharda is the area being a flood-free zone amid the land-crunched steel city.
