The party has dissolved its state unit for the second time following the results of the state assembly polls.
Out of the 70 seats in the legislative assembly, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has 49 seats, the Congress has 19, and the Bahujan Samaj Party holds two seats. Notably, the AAP did not secure any seats.
