Ranchi: The annual ceremony of Madrasa Jamia Arabia Qasimul Uloom Byasi was graced by Minister Hafizul Hasan Ansari as the chief guest. Speaking at the event, he praised Maulana Musharraf for promoting religious education despite being visually impaired, emphasizing that even those with vision often lag in contributing to the cause of faith.
The minister urged people to dedicate 5% of their wedding expenses towards education and stressed the importance of acquiring both religious and worldly knowledge. During the ceremony, he inaugurated a computer training center and library in memory of Haji Hussain Ansari and announced plans to build a 50-bed hostel.
“Where There Is Education, There Is No Darkness”
Fatima Girls Academy Director Maulana Naseem Anwar Nadvi highlighted the need to support institutions focused on education. He stated, “Where there is education, there is no darkness.”
Madrasa founder Maulana Musharraf Jamal Qasmi noted that the institution has been providing both religious and modern education, including subjects like Urdu, Hindi, English, Mathematics, Science, and Computers, for the past 21 years.
Maulana Asghar Misbahi of the All India Deeni Taleemi Board encouraged students to excel in fields like medicine and engineering while also acquiring religious education.
Outstanding Performers Honored
Students who excelled in their studies were awarded during the ceremony. Distinguished attendees included Ranchi District JMM President Mushtaq Alam, Mohammed Arshi, Mohammed Parvez Alam, Maulana Nurullah Nadvi, Mohammed Javed Byasi, Maulana Dr. Shaukat, and several other prominent figures.
