Mumbai: The box office is currently dominated by “Hanuman Ansh” and “Mirzapur: The Movie,” with the low-budget “Hanuman Ansh” surprising everyone with its earnings, breaking “Dhurandhar 2’s” record with a strong collection on its 31st day, Sunday, while “Mirzapur: The Movie” also posted impressive numbers the same day.
Hanuman Ansh Delivers Stunning Performance on Day 31
Made on a budget of just Rs 2 crore, “Hanuman Ansh” has continued to deliver surprising results at the box office. While its early earnings were modest, with collections dwindling into lakhs by day eight, the film saw a sudden major surge in earnings from day 17 onward and has not looked back since.
Film Surpasses Dhurandhar 2’s Fifth-Sunday Collection
According to a report by Sacnilk, “Hanuman Ansh” earned approximately Rs 22.75 crore on its 31st day, Sunday, surpassing “Dhurandhar 2” in fifth-Sunday collections, which had earned Rs 4.65 crore on its own 31st day.
Rs 122 Crore Earned Against a Rs 2 Crore Budget
“Hanuman Ansh” has amassed a net collection of approximately Rs 122.13 crore in India over 31 days, with its gross collection estimated at around Rs 144.40 crore. Given its modest production budget of just Rs 2 crore, the film’s performance is being regarded as truly remarkable.
