50 rupees fine will be imposed for not having a mask
The officers, candidates and voters doing duty in Panchayat elections have been instructed by the commission to take special precautions. The Election Commission has said that if a voter goes to vote and does not wear a mask, then he will have to pay a fine of Rs 50 immediately.
Masks will be arranged at the polling stations.
Apart from this, masks will be arranged by the Election Commission at the polling stations. If any person disobeys the instructions, then action will be taken against him under the Disaster Management Act and the Indian Penal Code. The State Election Commission has also issued a guideline for the officers for training, enrolment, voting, counting of votes regarding Panchayat elections.
Know what is the guideline of Panchayat elections
- The State Election Commission has said that candidates will not be allowed to campaign in groups of more than 5 people.

850 people will vote in a polling station
The commission said that only 850 people will vote at a polling station. The option of online nomination will also be kept for the candidates. Only 1 proposer along with the applicant will be allowed to reach the office at the time of enrolment. At the time of nomination, candidates will be allowed to come to the enrolment. centre with only one vehicle. The Election Commission said that the election symbol will be the symbol of the candidate. At the time of its allotment, in front of the elected office bearer, only the applicant or the agent authorized by him will know that permission will be given.
