Ranchi, Jan.13: Railway Protection Force (RPF) recovered 30 kg of marijuana from Sambalpur-Varanasi train at Hatia railway station in the Jharkhand capital.
The recovery took place last night. The RPF team swung into action after getting a tip-off regarding the narcotic items worth Rs 3 lakh in the market.
Divisional Security Commissioner of Railway Protection Force Prashant Yadav informed that two persons have been arrested in this connection. They have been handed over to officials of Government Railway Police (GRP) for further investigation.
