Against 7.30 am classes in Rajendra Vidyalaya and the other schools started at 6.30 am and the classes got dispersed by 12 noon instead of 1 pm.

Normally, schools reschedule timings on the directive of the district administration. But, in absence of any such directive private schools decided to change the timings of their own

Maximum temperatures have remained four to five degrees above the normal 34 degrees while it crossed the 42 degrees mark in Jamshedpur.

A few schools like Srikrishna Public School and Beldih Church have also announced a change in school timings.
