Ramgarh, May 10: Atharv Bakshi, the famous child artist of Hazaribagh and participant in the Swarna Swar Bharat reality show, was felicitated by Hazaribagh Deputy Commissioner Nancy Sahay on Tuesday by being presented with a harmonium.
While felicitating Atharv, the DC said that at this young age, it is a big deal to prove your talent in the field of singing. She also heard Atharv’s singing in her office and was impressed and blessed him with best wishes for a bright future.
At a very young age, Atharv’s stature seems to be huge with his singing. At present, Atharv is studying classical music at Suresh Wadekar Academy in Mumbai. His mother Purva Bakshi and father Satyendra Bakshi are residents of Hazaribagh Lake Road Noora.
Atharv has been selected in the top 8 of the 28 contestants of Zee TV’s Swarna Swar Bharat, a singing reality show where he is the youngest artist in the group. The judges of this reality show are Kailash Khair, Kumar Vishwas, Suresh Wadekar and Ravi Kishan.
Atharv has won 6 online singing competitions in the last 2 years.
