CONRAD DIAS

Ranchi, May 13: The employees of Central Coalfields (CCL) Ranchi are getting their salaries after the 10th of every month for the last few months. Due to this, many employees are facing difficulties in paying their EMIs as well as rents.

“We have been facing these problems for the last few months. The salaries are credited into our accounts after the 10th and by then many of our installments get lapsed. Earlier, we used to get the salary by the first week of every month,” said one of the employees of CCL.

As per sources, the reason behind the delay in salary is due to the new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) model being implemented. The sources added that the corporation has currently adopted the SAP software without proper filling of data. Due to this, many employees are not getting their salaries on time.

In order to get complete information regarding this issue, lagatar24.com tried to contact the officials from the finance department of CCL but they refused to provide any information.
