Ranchi, May 18: The second edition of Tech Jobs Fair (TJF), a virtual platform that aims to bring recruiters and job seekers under the same roof, will be held on June 30 to help the attendees land their dream job.

Registration for the event is ongoing. Any jobseeker with a technical background can register for the virtual event. It is estimated that the event will have over 20,000 attendees this year. Candidates may visit https://techjobsfair.com/india/ to register for the fair.

Branding and recruitment of good talent are imperative for the growth of any start-up. TJF with its event brings an end to the hiring woes of the industry. It focuses primarily on tech and digital jobs by engaging with entrepreneurs and recruiters through social media channels and a website. Thus, aside from providing job seekers with a bridge to companies, TJF provides branding opportunities to employers.

Notably, TJF was founded in 2017 by Ashok Dudhat in Berlin. His inspiration behind the initiative was sparked by his struggle to meet his professional goals while keeping track of his expenses as an immigrant. His concept was to create a system that expedited the whole job application process where one could add their resumes and automatically apply for jobs that matched their skills.

“I have been part of this HR hiring industry for the last nine years and it was my vision to organise a job fair in India. As we all know India is one of the youngest demographics in the world and has the highest rate of job seekers. Young people often take up the first job they get but there is nothing worse than being employed in a field that doesn’t appreciate or use your talents and potential. Tech Job fair aims to find you a job that is best suited for your attitude and talent. We are thrilled to be hosting in India and expect a great turnout,” said Dudhat, while announcing the fair.

TJF was a success first in Berlin, following which it was held in the European cities of Vienna, Zurich and Lisbon. In 2021, TJF added eight more countries to its initiative and aims to add more next year. Over the years, TJF has had over 500 organisations, 400 partners and 45,000 attendees.
