Daltonganj, Aug 12: Noted civil society activist Shoukat Khan, who runs sattu cum clothes cum book bank for the underprivileged in Garhwa town, hitting upon a novel idea began gifting Tirangas to train crew at Garhwa town railway station.
Such an initiative has been taken for the first time when train crew members like train drivers, co drivers, guards etc were offered Tirangas.
Shoukat Khan is a dedicated patriot and a staunch nationalist for whom the country is always first. The train crew members were very happy to get the Tirangas.
