Mumbai, March 9: Bollywood actor and director Satish Chandra Kaushik passed away at the age of 67 on Wednesday.
As per information, the actor reportedly passed away due to cardiac arrest.
Taking to Twitter, Actor Anupam Kher informed about the sudden demise of Satish Kaushik on Thursday.
“I know death is the ultimate truth of this world!” But I never thought in my dreams that I would write this thing about my best friend #SatishKaushik while alive. Such a sudden full stop on a friendship of 45 years!! Life will NEVER be the same without you SATISH! Om Shanti!”

Soon after Anupam shared the news, Bollywood celebrities and politicians expressed their condolences at the passing of the veteran actor.
Actress Kangana Ranaut also expressed her condolences over the demise of the actor.
“Woke up to this horrible news. He was my biggest cheerleader, a very successful actor and director Satish Kaushik ji personally was also a very kind and genuine man. I loved directing him in Emergency. He will be missed, Om Shanti,” tweeted Kangana.

Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar offered condolences on the demise of the veteran actor.
“May God give him a place in its divine feet and give strength to the family to bear this huge loss, Satish Kaushik will always be remembered for his unmatched acting and direction,” tweeted Haryana CM.

Meanwhile, Punjab CM Bhagwant Mann also expressed his grief on the actor’s death, “The untimely passing of Satish Kaushik ji is unfortunate. Satish ji will always be alive in our hearts through your art.”

Satish Kaushik was an Indian actor, comedian, screenwriter, director and producer. He was born on April 13, 1965, in Haryana. He acted in theatres before finding his break in Bollywood.
