Ranchi: Union Home Minister Amit Shah addressed a rally in Ranchi, Jharkhand, asserting that the BJP will release a ‘White Paper’ on demography to safeguard the rights and lands of tribal people if they form the next government.

“Infiltrators are marrying tribal women, buying their land, and causing a decline in the tribal population in Jharkhand,” stated Shah. He accused Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren’s administration of being complicit in ‘Land Jihad’ and ‘Love Jihad,’ which he claimed are leading to significant demographic changes in the state.

Amit Shah emphasized that the BJP aims to protect the tribal population by exposing and addressing these issues through a detailed demographic study. “After forming the government, we will bring out a White Paper on demography to protect tribal people and their lands,” he promised.

In his speech, Shah also highlighted BJP’s electoral successes, noting, “BJP got more seats in this Lok Sabha election than Congress’ combined numbers in 2014, 2019, and 2024.” He accused infiltrators of entering Jharkhand, marrying tribal women to obtain certificates, and subsequently purchasing land.

Criticizing the opposition, Shah said, “INDIA bloc and Congress leaders, including Rahul Gandhi, show arrogance despite losing the Lok Sabha polls as they are unable to accept defeat.” He further accused them of engaging in scams worth Rs 12 lakh crore, practicing appeasement, dynastic politics, and compromising national security.
