New Delhi, Sept 25: The police reported that two children succumbed to their injuries after a large fire started early on Sunday morning in the newly built Karthikeya Hospital in Renigunta in Andhra Pradesh’s Tirupati.

According to the authorities, the deceased children are Siddhartha Reddy (12) and Kartika (6). In the meantime, Dr. Anantalakshmi and Dr. Ravi Shankar Reddy’s parents are secure.

The catastrophe was caused, say the fire officials, by an electrical short circuit.
