During the ‘Ticket to Finale’ task, Ashnoor Kaur and Tanya Mittal got into a heated clash, and a moment where Ashnoor hit Tanya with a wooden board has gone viral on social media. The incident has now triggered a strong reaction from television actress Kamya Punjabi.
Kamya Punjabi Slams Ashnoor for Losing Control
Netizens have been repeatedly discussing the incident online, questioning how Ashnoor could hit Tanya during a task. Reacting to the controversy, Kamya Punjabi took to X (formerly Twitter) to criticise Ashnoor’s behaviour. Kamya wrote, “Oh God, Ashnoor, if this was intentional, then it is extremely wrong. You have played so well the entire season, maintaining your class and dignity. There was absolutely no need to do this at the end. Anyway, the right and wrong, truth and lies will all get cleared on Weekend Ka Vaar.”
In another post, Kamya expressed disappointment over how the task was handled, saying the makers ended such a well-designed task far too quickly and wasted a brilliant setup.
What Actually Happened During the Task
The Ticket to Finale task required contestants to perform continuously for 20 minutes, but the housemates ended it in just five minutes. During the task, Tanya threw water at Ashnoor, after which Ashnoor retaliated by swinging the wooden plank resting on her shoulder, which struck Tanya. Ashnoor claimed it was accidental and she didn’t see Tanya, but other contestants insist the hit was intentional. Fans now expect host Salman Khan to address the controversy in the upcoming Weekend Ka Vaar episode.
