Biker killed in road mishap at Bodam on Jamshedpur  outskirts

Jamshedpur, Oct 21: A biker was killed after being hit by an unknown vehicle near Bhuiyasnan under  Bodam police station area on the outskirts of Jamshedpur this morning.

 

Police could not immediately identify the youth who is reported to be a resident of nearby Laylam. According to sources,  Bodam police reached the spot soon after the mishap which took place at around 7 am.

Police took the body into their possession and sent it to the MGM Medical College at Dimna for postmortem. Police said they were trying to trace the vehicle which rushed towards Patamda after hitting the biker.

This was the second mishap at the spot during this month. Earlier, in the first week of October, two persons riding on a bike were killed after they hit a stationary bus at Bhuiyasnan.
