Ranchi, April 5: Director (Personnel) of Central Coalfields Limited (CCL) P.V.K.R .Mallikarjuna Rao has said that SAP is being implemented throughout CCL which will greatly improve the work efficiency.
The decision was made during an interactive session with the executives of the company where Rao discussed various issues pertaining to the functioning and performance.
He instructed that every effort should be taken to enhance the transparency and efficiency in the organisation. He also motivated the employees to come up with innovative ideas and projects.
The officers from different operational areas and departments also aired their views on different matters and discussed the various issues faced by them.
