New Delhi, June 13: Two people were killed and four others were injured in a shooting at an Indiana nightclub early Sunday.
Officers in Gary, Illinois, responded to reports of shots fired at 2 a.m. and discovered two victims who had been shot and were unresponsive. According to authorities, a 34-year-old guy was located near the door to Playo’s NightClub, and a 26-year-old woman was found inside. After being transferred to a local hospital, both were pronounced dead.
According to police, four additional persons were injured, one of them was in critical condition.
Authorities have not released the names of the victims or any information about the events that led up to the shooting. Multiple law enforcement organisations were dispatched owing to the enormous crowd that needed to be evacuated and the large number of victims, according to the report.
