Palamu (Jharkhand), October 3: In Rajbandha village of Haidernagar police station area, the dead bodies of mother and daughter were found hanging in their house on Sunday. The possibility of suicide is being expressed in the family dispute. However, at present the police is engaged in the investigation of the case.
The deceased include Jitendra Paswan’s second wife Sangeeta Devi (35) and daughter Anjali Kumari (13). Jitendra had second marriage to Sangeeta about 15 years ago. However, there were frequent disputes between Jeetendra’s first wife Roopa Devi and Sangeeta.
SI Shiv Shankar Oraon, who reached the spot in this regard, said that the matter is being investigated seriously, Will be revealed soon.
Notably, Jitendra works in Nagpur, Maharashtra. It was during this time that he fell in love with Sangeeta and married her.In the lockdown, he had come to his village and was living with his family members. According to the vilagers, there were frequent disputes between Jeetendra’s first wife Roopa Devi and Sangeeta.
Police is investigating the matter. Police have takn the bodies and both the bodies were sent for post-mortem.
