Delhi riots investigation and court comments. At least 25 cases of implicating innocent people in the Delhi riots have been exposed in the court. In a case related to the riots in North-East Delhi last year, the Delhi High Court has imposed a fine of Rs 25,000 on the police. The High Court had asked the police to register a case on the appeal of the resident of Ghonda. This person had said that he was shot in the eye during the riots. Delhi Police had opposed the order to register the FIR.
On this matter, the High Court made a strict comment on the Delhi Police on Wednesday. The High Court said, “It appears that the police have made way for the escape of the accused in a separate FIR and it is a pity that the police officers have failed to perform their constitutional duty in the course of their investigation.”
The police are the biggest victims of political enmity or rivalry. And the trouble of the police increases when it starts working at the behest and behest of a political system which is full of political malice and sees the benefit of political multiplier from winning elections on the shoulders of the police.
The more Delhi Police’s investigations into the Delhi riots have been done by the courts and are still being done, the Commissioner of Delhi Police should think that somewhere such a boundary line has to be drawn that now more lives have to bow down to shelter. Can’t be Cornish. Now all that is left is that the case diary should also be written by an officer sitting in the government or a worker of the ruling party and the IO of the police should simply sign it. By the way, now the ruling party’s MLA Jalwa Afroz has started taking the SO chair in UP.
