Dhanbad, Nov 26: “We should be loyal towards our constitution which ensures liberty, social and economic justice,” said principal district and session judge of Dhanbad Ram Sharma on the occasion of the National Constitution Day celebration held at district court on Saturday.
Principal district and session judge, while addressing the auspicious celebration, said that once a year one day comes when we assemble together to express loyalty towards our national constitution and we take an oath of it. He also appealed to all stakeholders of the judiciary to work as per the clauses of the constitution.
“There would be no better day than today to understand power and aim of our constitution, social, economic justice and legal liberty described in it,” he said.
On the occasion, all judicial officials, Bar Association officials, lawyers and staff read the preamble of the constitution along with the principal district and session judge and expressed loyalty in it.
District Legal Service Authority (DLSA) Nitasha Barla informed the media persons that painting and essay competitions are being organized in different schools of the district to make students aware of constitution adoption day as well as fundamental rights and mark the celebration.
