Eight students of CUJ’s Media Department qualify NET-JRF

Ranchi, Feb 20: The media department of Central University of Jharkhand has got another achievement. Four students have cleared JRF and four have cleared NET in the UGC exam for research scholars and lecturers at the national level.

This is the first time that eight students of the department have passed the examination simultaneously. Among the successful students, Vineet Kumar, Rishabh Roy, Sameer Bhoi and Neha Nandini have cleared JRF and Pooja Pathak, Shwetabh, Neetu and Sachin have cleared NET. Of these, three are former students of the department who have passed this examination for the third time.

Expressing heartfelt happiness on this achievement, the coordinator of the media department, Dr. Rajesh Kumar has expressed gratitude to the teachers of the department and the university family. He said that the department has achieved many achievements even in this period of disaster. In this, teacher’s honor, best research paper award, best department honor and students’ success at national level are included. He said that this process of progress of the department would continue even further with everyone’s cooperation.
