New Delhi, Dec 2: Jaiveer Shergill was appointed a spokesperson by the BJP on Friday as it announced new responsibilities for numerous notable politicians who have left the grand old party, three months after leaving the Congress and making disparaging statements about the Gandhis.
Captain Amarinder Singh, a former chief minister of Punjab, and Sunil Jakhar, a former leader of the Punjab Congress, have been appointed to the BJP’s National Executive.
