Ranchi: Former minister and ex-vice president of AJSU party, Umakant Rajak, along with BJP MLA Kedar Hajra, have officially joined the Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM) ahead of the upcoming Jharkhand Assembly elections. They, along with several other leaders and party workers, were inducted into JMM during a ceremony held at the Chief Minister’s residence on Kanke Road.

Present at the event were JMM’s Executive President and Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren, Gandey MLA Kalpana Murmu, and party spokesperson Supriyo Bhattacharya, among others. Umakant Rajak has been announced as the JMM candidate from Chandanakiyari, while Kedar Hajra will contest from Jamua.
