Mumbai, August 25: Haveus Aerotech India, a provider of AircraftO services, announced on Friday that it has signed an initial agreement with Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd for the purpose of exploring commercial potential in the civil aviation sector on both the domestic and foreign markets.

The statement refers to the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) that was signed with HAL Accessories Division Lucknow (ADL), which manufactures aircraft systems and accessories for aircraft, helicopters and engines.

As part of the partnership, the two parties will exchange knowledge and skills regarding the requirements of the civil aviation sector, concentrating on aerospace applications, with a larger perspective of making India Atmanirbhar in the sector and advancing the government’s “Make & Maintain in India” Policy, Haveus said.

“The MoU would mutually help us to explore business opportunities nationally as well as internationally in the civil aviation sector,” said Anshul Bhargava, Chairman and Managing Director of Haveus Aerotech India Pvt Ltd.

With facilities in Gurugram and Bengaluru, Haveus Aerotech is a DGCA, EASA and DOT (USA) approved company that serves airline customers across the globe.
