Ranchi: After the onset of Monsoon, it is raining all over the state. Monsoon has gathered pace. During the last 24 hours, it has rained in all parts of the state. Latehar has received maximum rain. It has received 102 mm of rain during 24 hours. While Chatra received 90.2 mm of rain. Districts like Ranchi, Dhanbad, Pakur, Jamtara, Lohardaga, Jamshedpur, Ramgarh Koderma etc. have received more than 70 mm of rain. The rain continues continuously. Due to this, there has been a situation of water logging in many areas.
Due to the 90 mm of rain in the capital Ranchi, the roads have been flooded. According to the Meteorological Department, the speed of rain may decrease now. According to the Meteorological Department, the Cyclonic Circulation over the Bay of Bengal for two days is turning into a deep low pressure area and passing westwards through Jharkhand. At present, its center is passing through Santal Parganas. However, its effect is waning now. Despite this, a warning of heavy rain has been issued in Santal Parganas.
According to meteorologists, good rains have removed the complaint of weak monsoon during the last days. Due to the rain of the last 24 hours, the lack of rain has gone away. The state receives 513.7 mm of rain from June 1 to July 30. Whereas normally it rains the same. While the situation in the districts affected by less rainfall has improved due to weakening of the monsoon. Agriculture will be greatly benefited by this good rain. This rain is very beneficial for the planted crops. Also, due to lack of rain in many parts, the pace of planting backward paddy will now catch up.
Meteorologist Abhishek Anand said that a low pressure area still remains over the state. Due to this it is raining in every part of the state. But now it is weakening and moving towards the west. There is a possibility of rain in some parts of the state during the next 24 hours.
