Ranchi, Dec 12: Departments including the Indian Air Force, Indian Navy, and Indian Railways have invited applications for over 3,000 vacancies. For this, the candidates will have to go through a different selection process. Candidates will be selected based on written tests, physical tests and document verification.
Notably, there are 275 in the Indian Navy, 250 in the Indian Air Force, 2,521 in the Indian Railways. Meanwhile, the Indo-Tibetan Border Recruitment will be done for 286 posts in Police and 260 posts in Bharat Electronics Limited under the Ministry of Defense.
INDIAN NAVY
The Navy Dockyard is set to recruit 275 Trade Apprentice posts. For this, 10th pass candidates can apply offline till January 2. After this, the written test will be conducted on 28 February, while the result will be released on March 3. After this, the candidate will be selected on the basis of merit, interview and document verification. Interested candidates can apply by visiting the portal of the National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme (NAPS) at www.apprenticeshipindia.gov.in.
Notably, 50 questions of the objective type will be asked in the written test. Wherein 20 questions each will be from General Science and Mathematics, while 10 questions will be from General Knowledge. Each question will be of one and a half marks. Merit will be based on the marks obtained in the examination. Candidates will be then called for an interview on the basis of merit.

Qualification
For Trade Apprenticeship in the Navy, one must have done ITI in relevant trade after the 10th. Interested candidates also must have 50 per cent marks in 10th and 65 percent marks in ITI.
BHARAT ELECTRONICS LIMITED (BEL)
The Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL), under the Ministry of Defense, has released vacancies for 260 posts including Trainee Engineer and Project Engineer. To join, interested candidates up to 32 years of age can apply online till December 14 by visiting the official website of BEL.

INDIAN AIR FORCE
The Indian Air Force has released the recruitment notification for the posts of Multi Tasking Staff, Electrician, Fitter, Welder and Carpenter. For this, 10th pass candidates can apply online till December 31 by visiting the official website of the Indian Air Force. Candidates will be selected on the basis of written tests, practical and medical tests. Under this recruitment in the Air Force, the selected candidates will be given a posting in the Indian Air Force station located in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh.

Qualification
For Apprenticeship Vacancy at the Indian Air Force Station located in Kanpur (Uttar Pradesh), candidates must have passed the class 10th (Matriculation) examination from a recognized board. Along with this, a certificate should be obtained from a recognized institute in the related trade.
Age Limit
Candidates’ age should not be more than 25 years as on the cut-off date.
Application Fee
Candidates do not have to pay any kind of fee during the application.
INDIAN RAILWAY
A vacancy has come out on 2,521 posts in Indian Railway Railways. For this, 10th pass candidates up to the age of 24 years can apply online till December 17 by visiting the official website of Railways. In the recruitment released by the Railways, the selection of candidates will be done directly on the basis of 10th marks without examination.
Qualification
Under the minimum essential qualification, students must have passed the class 10th examination with minimum 50 percent marks. Other than this, candidates should have passed an ITI course in relevant trade from a recognised institute.
Age Limit
The minimum required age to apply is 15 years and the upper age limit is 24 years. The basis of the calculation of age has been kept as May 1, 2022. The Reserved category is given relaxation as per the rules.
Selection
Merit list will be prepared by taking the average of percentage marks obtained by the candidates in both matric and ITI courses.
