Bhopal, Oct 1: There is news of an emergency landing of an Indian Air Force helicopter in the capital of Madhya Pradesh, Bhopal. It has been reported that due to technical issues, the helicopter made an emergency landing in a field about 60 kilometres away from Bhopal. The helicopter was carrying six soldiers.
An Indian Air Force helicopter has made an emergency landing near a dam located in the Dungariya village of Berasia. The villagers said that the helicopter was circling around the dam for a long time, after which it landed in the field. It is said that the soldiers aboard the helicopter are waiting for the army engineers and technicians.
According to Air Force sources, the ALH Dhruv helicopter of the Indian Air Force has made an emergency landing near Bhopal. According to initial reports, the crew members are safe. A team has been sent to investigate the technical fault. ALH Dhruv helicopters are used by all three wings of the Army, Navy and Air Force.
