Ind vs NZ T20I: Teams to arrive in Ranchi today for match on Jan 27

Ranchi, Jan 25: The Indian cricket team and the New Zealand cricket team will be arriving in Ranchi today for the first of the three T20I matches to be held at the JSCA international stadium.

Notably, after clean sweeping New Zealand in ODIs, India will now look to win the T20 series.

Both teams will reach Ranchi at 6 pm today. Arrangements have been made for the stay of both teams at the Radisson Blu Hotel on Main Road. 

Notably, two floors have been booked for the players. The preparations for the match and the reception of the cricketers have been completed by the JSCA.

Moreover, cricket lovers are standing in queues at the ticket counter since morning to buy tickets for the match. Day one of the ticket sales on Tuesday saw Rs 1000 tickets being sold out in a really quick time. 

The second match of the series will be played in Lucknow on January 29 and the last match will be held in Ahmedabad on February 1.

India squad: Hardik Pandya (captain), Suryakumar Yadav (vice-captain), Ishan Kishan (wicketkeeper), Rituraj Gaikwad, Shubhman Gill, Deepak Hooda, Rahul Tripathi, Jitesh Sharma (wicketkeeper), Washington Sundar, Kuldeep Yadav, Yuzvendra Chahal, Arshdeep Singh, Umran Malik, Shivam Mavi, Prithvi Shaw and Mukesh Kumar.

New Zealand Squad: Mitchell Santner (c), Finn Allen, Michael Bracewell, Mark Chapman, Dane Cleaver, Devon Conway, Jacob Duffy, Lockie Ferguson, Ben Lister, Daryl Mitchell, Glenn Phillips, Michael Rippon, Henry Shipley, Ish Sodhi, Blair Tickner.
