Jamshedpur, Oct 15: In preparation for the Lok Sabha, the Congress Party is now focusing on strengthening its presence in rural areas. In this regard, a meeting of nine Panchayat committees from the Jugsalai assembly constituency in Jamshedpur’s rural block was held at the Devaraj Palace in Parsudih on Sunday.
The meeting was primarily attended by the party’s district president, Anand Bihari Dubey. During the meeting, there were discussions on several issues, including familiarizing workers with the party’s policies and principles and establishing dialogues with the people.
The meeting emphasized the need to strengthen the organization at the booth level and conduct village-to-village outreach. Additionally, several important directions were provided during this gathering.
Many women joined the Congress Party during this event, and the district president extended a warm welcome to all attendees.
Anand Bihari Dubey stated that the Congress Party has been actively preparing for the Lok Sabha elections for the past eight to ten months. Strengthening the organization is essential for the upcoming elections. In line with these requirements, efforts are being made to fortify and empower the Panchayat committees. To address these objectives, a meeting of nine Panchayat committees has been held.
During this meeting, specific directions and guidelines were provided regarding the tasks and responsibilities that need to be undertaken.
