Ranchi, Nov.3: Deputy secretary of Jharkhand assembly, Kundan Kumar Singh, today knocked the door of Jagannathpur police station alleging his neighbour and a HEC official, Mukesh Kumar, of giving him threatening of murder.
Singh, through his FIR, informed the police that threatening was given on October 29 after he informed the HEC management regarding unauthorised construction done by Kumar. Singh in his FIR said that apart from giving life threatening Kumar and his son has also misbehaved with his family members
Officer-in-charge of Jagannathpur police station A.K.Singh, confirmed the FIR saying that the matter is being probed.
“There is some dispute between Kumar and Singh. Like Singh, Mukesh Kumar has also registered an FIR alleging Singh of misusing his official position to harass him. We have started a probe into the matter,” OC Singh said.
Singh in his FIR alleged that Kumar has constructed a garage and encroached on the common space of the stair room for his personal use. He said that the garage is used for gambling and liquor consumption and Kumar’s son Abhisekh harasses people with the people coming for liquor consumption in the garage.
Singh alleged that Kumar has changed the basis of construction of the government house, CD 598/OHC, and in 2016 HEC town administration has also given him notice for the same.
