Ranchi, Sept 20: After the announcement of the central leadership, the newly-appointed state in-charge of the BJP and the party’s chief whip in the Rajya Sabha, Laxmikant Vajpayee, is coming on a 5-day stay in Jharkhand for the first time.
Vajpayee will reach Deoghar airport from New Delhi by Sewa plane late in the evening. Organizational meetings will start after worship in Babadham Temple. Vajpayee will hold a meeting with the district officials in the evening at Deoghar Parishad.
On September 21, the programme of the state in-charge will start with darshan and worship at Basukinath temple. While attending other programmes including the Mandal Working Committee meeting in Basukinath, he will reach the Dhanbad district council at 5 pm and will communicate with party officials and public representatives. Night stay is scheduled in Dhanbad circuit house.
On September 22, after participating in the tree plantation drive, and cleanliness campaign, he will address the working committee meeting of Dhanbad Metropolitan and Rural District at 11 am. On the same day, after reaching Bokaro at 3 pm, he will hold a meeting with the district office bearers of the party and the office bearers of the Morcha.
After the meeting, Vajpayee will leave for Ranchi and reach the BJP state office at 7 pm.
He will have a busy schedule in Ranchi throughout the day on the 23rd and 24th of September. After offering prayers at Jagannathpur temple on September 23, he will attend various meetings and programmes.
On September 24, at 11 am, he will address the meeting of state office bearers in the state office. Along with this, he will communicate with the party’s chief leaders.
Vajpayee will depart from Ranchi for New Delhi on 24th September at 6 pm by a service plane.
